The Hexpand 12 Bottle Shipper Kit is an all-corrugated packaging solution that ships twelve bottles per carton using a retention and suspension design. The 1-piece insert reduces labor time at the packing station compared to multi-component foam or pulp alternatives, making it a practical choice for high-volume fulfillment operations.
Each pack contains 25 corrugated outer boxes and 100 Hexpand corrugated inserts, supplying enough material for 25 complete shipments.
