The Hexpand 3 Bottle Shipper Kit is an all-corrugated packaging solution built around a single-piece suspension insert that folds around bottles to cradle and immobilize them during transit. No foam, bubble wrap, or secondary fill is required — the corrugated insert does the work, keeping bottles separated and protected through the rigors of parcel shipment.
This kit is well-suited for direct-to-consumer wine and spirits fulfillment, specialty food and olive oil distribution, subscription box operations, and retail replenishment programs where consistent, protective bottle packaging is required at volume.
