Hexpand 9 Bottle Shipper Kit

The Hexpand 9 Bottle Shipper Kit is an all-corrugated bottle shipping solution built around a retention and suspension design that cradles bottles during transit using structural corrugated material alone — no foam, bubble wrap, or void fill required. Each kit contains 25 boxes and 75 Hexpand corrugated inserts, with three inserts per box that expand and conform around individual bottles to hold them securely in place.

This kit is well suited for wine, spirits, olive oil, hot sauce, and other bottled goods moving through e-commerce fulfillment, direct-to-consumer shipping, and retail distribution. The single-material, one-piece insert design reduces the number of components handlers must manage at the packing line, supporting faster throughput in high-volume operations.

Because every component — box and insert alike — is corrugated, the entire package enters the curbside recycling stream as a single material, eliminating the sorting step required with mixed-material packaging.
